Brownsburg wins 8-10 Softball District 8 Tournament

Three teams competed for the District 8 title in 8-10 softball: Brownsburg, Lebanon, and Washington Township. Brownsburg went 2-0 in pool play to claim the 1 seed in the single elimination round. Lebanon went 1-1, with an impressive win against Washington Township. But Washington Township rebounded to win the semi-final game as the 3-seed.

Following a hard rain and a speedy field recovery by Lebanon volunteers, Brownsburg captured the title on Wednesday in the final.
